Which AI-native training program is right for me?

Since late 2025, Scaled Agile, Inc. has been offering its own training programs under the “AI-Native” brand, designed to provide employees with targeted training in the field of “Artificial Intelligence (AI)” and to help companies establish an AI-native mindset. The goal is not only to use AI tools for internal routine tasks but to create real value through the comprehensive and strategic use of AI. This is intended to enable companies to derive sustainable benefits from AI initiatives rather than merely investing in isolated AI measures.
The “AI-Native Foundation” training is a basic course for corporate employees. It provides a practical introduction to the topic of “artificial intelligence (AI)” and presents various use cases as well as AI tools for personal use in the workplace. The goal of the training is to enable participants to use AI tools confidently and independently in their daily work, thereby sustainably increasing their personal productivity.
Building on the “AI-Native Foundation” training, the “AI-Native Change Agent” training is designed for advanced participants. The focus is on identifying, initiating, and successfully implementing AI initiatives with measurable business value. Additionally, the training addresses how companies can be supported organizationally in the introduction and scaling of AI.
Since April, the one-day workshop “Leading the AI-Native Organization” has also been available. This workshop prepares executives for the organizational and cultural changes associated with the use of AI in the company. At the same time, it highlights the potential, opportunities, and risks of an AI-native enterprise.
