    Michael Diefenbach is a graduate engineer and information scientist. After studying information science, he received his doctorate from the University of Giessen at the Institute of Medical Informatics. As a co-founder, he has been a partner of KEGON AG since the beginning of 2002.

    The focus of his professional activity in recent years has been the development and optimization of agile organizations as well as coaching around scaled agility. He is an experienced contact person for management in agile transformations. Dr. Diefenbach is a SAFe®6 Practice Consultant (SPC), Scrum Master and Certified PRINCE2-Practitioner and regularly conducts employee coaching and training in agile transformations. In addition, he has extensive experience in the management of classic software and IT infrastructure projects.
