    Reiner Kuhn holds a degree in economics and has been working in the IT industry since 1981. His professional career led him to the plenum Group via several consulting firms, where he shaped the development of the company for more than 10 years as a management partner and managing director. As a co-founder, he has been a partner of KEGON AG since the beginning of 2002.

    In recent years, his professional activities have focused on the management of agile software organizations, agile transformations in large organizations and IT projects (introduction, product ownership, coaching) as well as the optimization of IT organizations for large companies. In addition, Reiner Kuhn has many years of experience in the management of classic development and IT infrastructure projects. In the course of these activities, he was able to successfully apply his technical expertise in the design of complex application and system architectures.
