Many organisations are becoming more agile. This is accompanied by new expectations of HR and a change in cooperation with the business. For HR, this means both risks and many opportunities. 
A changing environment requires new organisational forms. Digitisation is massively and constantly changing the environment in which organisations operate. The reaction to this is called digital transformation, which goes hand in hand with new forms of work and organisation that bring with them an unprecedented upheaval of work under the term agility.   
HR organisations are affected by this in several ways:  

  • On the one hand, HR is virtually predestined to take a leading role in such an upheaval with very many cultural issues. In many transformations, it is evident that HR sooner or later plays a critical role in their success.   
  • On the other hand, agility also offers many opportunities in the organisation and the ways of working of HR itself. There are opportunities for HR to reposition itself within the organisation.  

This one-day seminar provides an ideal introduction to the topic and allows participants to see what impact agility brings. It is a prerequisite for the two-day advanced course Agile HR Management - Deep Dive.

  • Learn how HR can reposition itself.
  • Get to know the first tools and approaches that can be used in everyday life.

The training is aimed at all HR employees, including HR management and executives, who want to understand agility and its impact in HR and explore the potential for change.
