This intensive two-day training from the specialists in agile across the board gives an in-depth insight into the world of agile. We experience Scrum and Kanban, learn how HR can organise itself and its projects in an agile way and get to know a whole host of useful tools and methods that HR can use to support an organisation on its way to agility. The training builds on the content of Agile HR Management - Basics.
In the training we look at how the different areas of traditional HR (recruiting, onboarding, compensation, ...) are affected as well as how HR can reposition itself. Since very many organisations rely on the Scaled Agile Framework, SAFe® for short, we also repeatedly look specifically at what this means for HR in the context of SAFe.

- Understand the new, mission-critical role of HR and the impact the introduction of agility has on HR issues.
- You will experience how you yourself can benefit from agile tools and methods.
- You will be ready to successfully position HR for the new organisational form.
