The AI‑Native Change Agent Training is a 2½‑day advanced program building on the AI‑Native Foundations Training.
It is designed for everyone who wants not only to use AI in the organization, but to successfully embed and scale it.

According to MIT, around 90% of all AI initiatives fail—they end up on the proof‑of‑concept graveyard because they

  • are not focused on value creation,
  • get stuck in silos or isolated projects, or
  • fall into the hype‑vs‑reality trap.

The AI‑Native Change Agent ensures that this does not happen.

He or she brings together the different perspectives and disciplines of an organization—Business, IT, Data, HR, Compliance, and Leadership—and creates shared alignment, clarity, and impact.
In the training, participants learn how to lead AI initiatives from the initial idea through to measurable value creation.

They use a structured process with design‑thinking elements and the seven AI‑Native success factors to ensure that innovation does not remain stuck at the conceptual level, but makes a real difference.
