The AI-Native Change Agent Training is a 2.5-day advanced course based on the basic AI-Native Foundations course. It expands the knowledge of the participants to not only use AI in their personal work area, but also to lead successful AI initiatives throughout the company to success.
A trained AI-native change agent has the knowledge and tools to take cross-functional teams through the process of taking new AI initiatives from idea to productive deployment and real value creation. A structured process with design thinking elements and the seven AI-native success factors is used to ensure that new AI ideas successfully create added value. The organizational and regulatory framework conditions that need to be considered when using AI in large organizations are also addressed.
