Flight Level 3 Design (FL3D) – For Everyone, with or without SAFe Expertise
In this interactive and practical workshop, participants learn how to transfer their corporate strategy from PowerPoint slides to reality. Flight Level 3 links strategic planning directly with operational activities and projects within the company. The workshop shows how to transform multi-year strategic goals into concrete, tangible activities, closing the gap between strategy and implementation. This is particularly valuable for organisations that not only want to formulate their strategy, but also successfully put it into practice.
Our trainer, Niko Kaintantzis, is a SAFe® Practice Consultant Trusted Advisor (SPCT) and SAFe® Fellow, as well as a Flight Level Professional and Flight Level Coach (FLC)
