Flight Level 2 Design (FL2D) – For Everyone, with or without SAFe Expertise
The interactive and practice-oriented workshop is aimed at organisations that either already use SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or are looking for an alternative, flexible solution to optimise agility and cross-team collaboration.
Flight Level 2 offers a pragmatic way to improve workflows in existing structures without having to restructure them at great expense. The focus is on establishing efficient, agile interactions that connect teams and departments to deliver value to customers faster - regardless of whether the organisation uses SAFe or wants to go beyond it.
Our trainer, Niko Kaintantzis, is a SAFe Practice Consultant Trusted Advisor (SPCT) and SAFe Fellow as well as a Flight Level Professional and Flight Level Coach (FLC).
