The Flight Levels System Architecture (FLSA) provides a sound understanding of how to set up efficient work architectures in companies - regardless of size and complexity. It connects all flight levels and thus establishes a consistent workflow at company level.
The focus is on the entire product and service portfolio as well as on the consideration of the entire organisation or independent sub-areas with hundreds to thousands of participants.
Our trainer, Niko Kaintantzis, is a SAFe® Practice Consultant Trusted Advisor (SPCT) and SAFe® Fellow, as well as a Flight Level Professional and Flight Level Coach (FLC).
Learning Content
- Work Systems Topology: Which Flight Level 1+2+3 boards are required and how are they connected?
