The Flight Levels System Architecture (FLSA) provides a sound understanding of how to build efficient work architectures in companies, regardless of their size and complexity. It connects all flight levels, establishing a consistent workflow at the company level.
The focus is on the entire product and service portfolio and on considering the entire organization or independent sub-areas with hundreds to thousands of participants.
