Launching AI-Native ARTs is the first AI-Native SAFe® training designed to help launch new or transform existing Agile Release Trains (ARTs) into AI-Native ARTs.

AI-Native ARTs are SAFe®'s response to the future organizational structure of development teams in the AI era, in which AI agents play an essential role in product development — taking on genuine development work rather than being used merely as AI tools.

In addition to imparting knowledge on AI-Native SAFe® and AI-Native ARTs, this training includes a workshop component enabling participants to launch their own AI-Native ART afterward, based on a concrete action plan.

The training supports both the transformation of existing SAFe® ARTs into AI-Native ARTs and the setup of new AI-Native ARTs (without prior SAFe® experience).

Learning Content

  • Overview of AI-Native SAFe® and AI-Native ARTs
  • The 12 success factors of AI-Native SAFe®
  • Outcome-driven flow
  • Cross-functional, AI-supported teams
  • Iterative learning and rapid experimentation cycles
  • Scaled development and innovation with AI, regulatory compliance, and ethics

Learning Objectives

  • Understanding the new AI-Native roles, artifacts, and events
