practical, one‑day working session for senior leaders that demonstrates how AI ambitions can be translated into strategy, investment discipline, and sustainable results.

Leaders are increasingly being asked to fund, govern, and accelerate AI initiatives—often, however, without the necessary clarity or fluency to make confident, high‑stakes decisions.

At the same time, organizations expect these very leaders to set direction, establish guardrails, and guide the organization through the transition to AI‑driven ways of working.

Most leaders do not struggle with the technology itself, but rather with the question of how to lead their organization effectively in the age of AI, for example:

  • How to prioritize what is strategically relevant—as opposed to mere hype
  • How to design budgets and governance so they do not slow progress or create unnecessary risk
  • How to shape a culture that embraces AI instead of fearing it
  • How to create a realistic path toward an AI‑native operating model—across strategy, workforce, data, technology, and governance—without chaos or waste

This event is a structured working session in which senior leaders work with a shared framework to align on priorities, make decisions, and commit to concrete next steps. The organizational context of the participants is central—not a training, not a PowerPoint‑based knowledge transfer.

The goal is not to create a complete AI strategy in a single day.
The goal is clarity, ownership, and momentum.

What You Will Learn

1. Landscape, Lexicon & AI‑Native Opportunities

How to move beyond the hype and focus on business logic and P&L impact.
You will develop a shared executive AI lexicon (LLMs, GenAI, RAG, agents) and diagnose your organization’s AI‑native maturity—across strategy, workforce, governance, data, platforms, culture, and agility—to establish an honest baseline for transformation.

2. Governance & Ethics

How the organization ensures that AI is used responsibly and remains aligned, as it scales, with legal obligations, risk tolerance, and organizational values.

3. The Human Factor: Workforce & Leadership

How to evolve your workforce from passive tool users into active creators of value.
You will define who must become AI‑native first, design an upskilling plan (including AI‑Native Foundations and AI‑Native Change Agents), and explore what human‑centric AI leadership and culture look like—while simultaneously identifying agility barriers in existing planning and funding practices.

4. Infrastructure, Data & Enabling Capabilities

How to shift the technology discussion from features to capital allocation.
You will assess the key trade‑offs between “walled gardens” (buy) and “open frontiers” (build), align on “good‑enough‑to‑start” platforms, and understand why curated data and operational AI technology represent the primary performance constraints of an AI‑native organization.

5. The AI Money Map

prioritized list of investments and measurable outcomes.
A value‑driven view of the AI roadmap that connects every dollar invested to a specific return, helping leaders look beyond the hype and focus on measurable ROI.

The AI Money Map enables organizations to turn AI ambition into a manageable portfolio—with clear alignment of investment, ownership, and expected return, even before execution begins.
