Certified OKR Coach Training (2 Days)
As a certified OKR coach you will learn to lead and train others in the implementation of OKRs. You will help set objectives and key results that align with organisational goals and ensure that the OKR process is effectively implemented and maintained.
At KEGON, we believe that hands-on experience is the key to an OKR coach's success. Training alone is not enough, which is why our programme includes three personal coaching sessions that you can schedule throughout the year. What makes our coaching programme special? During these sessions, we focus on your individual needs and help you to improve your coaching skills and accelerate implementation in the organisation. We ensure that you can effectively apply what you have learnt.
This advanced certification is aimed at professionals who want to support and lead organisations in the implementation of OKRs. OKR coaches promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure long-term success through expert coaching and mentoring.
The training programme is accredited by KEGON in partnership with the OKR Consortium and Ben Lamorte, author of the "OKR Field Book". At the end of the training, participants receive the personal "Certified OKR Coach" certificate, which is recognised worldwide.
