The Professional Scrum Master – AI Essentials (PSM-AI Essentials) is a hands-on, one-day workshop that enables Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to use AI tools effectively – for their own work, their teams, and their organizations. You will not only learn what AI is, but how to apply it in practice: in Scrum events, team facilitation, and organizational transformation.
The course includes one free attempt at the globally recognized PSM-AI Essentials certification from Scrum.org.
