Introduction to Software Pricing is a one-day collaborative training that focuses on the first two lines of the Profit Streams™ canvas: Solution and Economic Sustainability, including customer benefit analysis, solution benefit mapping and pricing
This one-day course uses a dynamic case study format, and covers the following topics through a combination of interactive sessions, collaborative exercises and discussions with your peers:
- Customer benefit analysis to model the tangible and intangible benefits of your solution.
- Value exchange modeling to help you select the optimal basic elements of your business model.
- Solution modeling to enable you to design segment-specific packages.
- Pricing model including Strategy, Structure Specifics and Policies so you know the specific changes you are making to improve your pricing model.
This will help you optimize the economic sustainability of your solution. Participation in the course includes a copy of the book Software Profit Streams(TM)
