- The “SAFe® for Hardware Teams (SP)” training is used for intensive preparation and simulation of the PI Planning Event and can be booked in-house or publicly for specific target groups.
- Compared to the general “SAFe for Teams (SP)” training, the “SAFe® for Hardware Teams (SP)” training specifically addresses the challenges of companies that manufacture physical products and the framework conditions for agile development of physical products or products with a high hardware content.
- In this 2-day SAFe® training for development teams in SAFe® organizations, learn how to become a high-performing team member and collaborate effectively with other teams. This training provides the necessary basic knowledge for Scrum and Kanban and gives an introduction to Lean Thinking and the tools and processes of the Scaled Agile Framework. Experience in a hands-on PI planning simulation what it is like when teams take ownership of planning and align on common goals to create real value for the customer.
- In-house training - Tailor-made for an Agile Release Train (ART) before the first PI Planning EventThe in-house training SAFe® for Teams is designed so that it can be conducted immediately before the first PI Planning Event. All ART teams should take part. Ideally, the training should take place directly on the premises where the planning conference will be held on the following days.
- Public Training - The perfect onboarding booster, Ideal for new employees in a scaled agile organization. Our public training enables new employees to close knowledge gaps and makes it easier to get started with scaled agile working with SAFe. In addition, you benefit from an exciting exchange with participants from different industries and organizations.
The training language is German, the documents and the exam to be taken are in English!
