Value stream management (VSM) is gaining traction globally as a way for organizations to optimize the product development lifecycle. As a result, the demand for training opportunities around VSM concepts has risen dramatically. Advanced Facilitator: Value Stream Mapping prepares participants to confidently facilitate the Value Stream Workshop. Participants will attend a live session with industry experts and peers where they’ll work through practical exercises and real-world scenarios. They’ll also earn a SAFe Micro-Credential certification to demonstrate their competency.
