In this 2-day workshop you will gain the knowledge needed to use the Profit Streams™ Pricing Model to improve pricing, economic sustainability, and customer ROI models to fuel your growth. The workshop combines interactive sessions, collaborative exercises, and conversations with your other participants. In true working sessions with experts who will help guide you during and after the workshop you will:
- complete a Customer Benefit Analysis to model the tangible and intangible benefits of your solution.
- evaluate pricing choices so that you can apply what you learned to your own solutions. Snapshot your existing pricing choices to Price Strategy, Structure, Specifics, and Policies so that you know the specific changes you're making to improve your Pricing Model.
- understand how to construct a Customer ROI Model, including the Total Cost of Ownership.
- identify the most significant opportunities to improve pricing and licensing.
