Our world is changing rapidly, becoming less predictable, more complex and more contradictory. The use of AI in companies is increasing complexity even further. And this change is also accompanied by a change in the traditional role of the manager. Organizations and people are demanding a new, different leadership style. Agile leadership is a helpful response to complex challenges, especially in technology-centric or innovation-driven companies.

We start our workshop with a look at the leadership mindset, because it is not enough to use textbook methods - agile leadership is only effective with the right mindset. We will shed light on the differences between human and artificial intelligence and discuss the impact that artificial intelligence is already having on team leadership. We will then provide insights into 6 important elements of agile leadership (psychological safety, self-organization, conflict management, learning culture, giving freedom, mindfulness), which are taking on a whole new relevance in companies that are driving the use of AI.

We will then proceed in a lean coffee format so that the participants themselves decide where they want to focus. We will discuss examples, discuss the topic in the context of AI, provide exercises and reflection questions and share experiences. In addition, those interested will receive plenty of tips on literature, studies, presentations and other valuable sources on the topics.
