Spotlight "MVP - Minimum Viable Product Workshop" (2h)

gile methods aim to incrementally deliver products to customers and to constantly improve them through frequent customer feedback. However, whether the business model behind these products is really successful can often only be insufficiently validated during product development. It was precisely for this problem that Eric Ries introduced the MVP concept a few years ago in his book "The Lean Startup".

In the training, experienced Agile and Lean Startup coaches show the basics and background of the Lean Startup mindset, theory and application. In addition to imparting knowledge, the focus is on real application through many small practical exercises.

Topics:

  • Why are certain products successful on the market or others not?
  • What is the Lean Startup Mindset and how do experiments work?
  • What types of hypotheses are there and what are good hypotheses?
  • What MVP patterns are there for individual experiments and how do you apply them?
  • Examples of successful MVPs on the market?
