This workshop aims to equip participants with knowledge and practical simulations to grant the necessary identification of DVS and ARTs to be launched.
Agenda
Part 1
Foundations for the VSAIW
- Putting the VSAIW into practice by teaching back and interacting with all the participants on the primary learning, practices, and values stream concepts included in the VSAIW toolkit.
Part 2
Preparing for the VSAIW
- Identifying situations suitable for running a VSAIW.
- Selecting the right customer and OVS.
- Using the future-state architecture.
- Identifying the appropriate inputs.
Part 3
Running the VSAIW
- Understanding the concept of a Solution in SAFe.
- Connecting organizational and technical designs.
- Generating multiple potential solutions.
Part 4
Defining the Next Steps
- Leading the Implementation Roadmap.
- Facilitating closure and ensuring effective implementation of outcomes.
Participants will have access to various templates and handouts, including all the slides used during the advanced facilitation.

Requirements:
- Be an SPC6 in good standing. (Certification still valid at the time of the workshop)
- Complete the pre-work, including downloading and reviewing the VSAIW toolkit
- Read the article ‘Organizing Around Value’
