    Caroline Schmidt earned her Master of Science in Finance at WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar. She gained professional experience in agile environments while working at a renowned management and strategy consulting firm in Germany, where she also wrote her master’s thesis on "Agile Product Development in the Financial Sector." Since 2019, she has been supporting various organizations in implementing the Scaled Agile Framework at KEGON. Passionate about personal development, she works as a systemic coach, mediator, and licensed psychotherapist (Heilpraktikerin) in her private practice in Cologne. She shares her expertise through in-house and public training sessions and seminars, both on-site and online. Her international experience includes extended stays in England, Italy, Switzerland, and Tunisia.
