With deep expertise in Business Agility and Lean-Agile Leadership, he supports companies in successfully establishing agility at all levels of the company.
As a certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), he brings extensive practical and methodological knowledge to accompany and empower both organizations and teams in the transition to a Lean-Agile mindset.
He benefits from his experience in systemic coaching, software development, systems and requirements engineering as well as IT project management.
In addition to his work as an Agile Coach, he leads seminars, workshops and training courses in the areas of Agile/Lean, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and Agile Requirements Engineering (CARS).
