The training provides you with the knowledge of how you can use market research and segmentation to link your company's strategic goals with the development of successful products. You will also be prepared to use design thinking as a central approach to understanding your customers' needs and developing innovative solutions. You will recognize the importance of continuous exploration to drive innovation and learn how to define a vision, strategy and roadmap for entering new markets. Practical methods will be taught to accelerate the product lifecycle based on rapid feedback and deliver exceptional products and solutions that will delight your customers.

Requirements: Participants in this course should be familiar with agile principles and practices and have attended at least one SAFe course prior the APM training. Knowledge of product owner and/or management is strongly recommended. Those who have experience as a product manager, product marketer, product owner, business owner or product launch will benefit from this course.

How does the certification take place?
  • Certification takes place after the training and successful completion of the online examination.
How do I register for the online exam?
  • The respective email address of the course participant is required for registration for the online examination. This will be requested with the list of participants before the training. Activation or admission to the examination usually takes place on the last day of the training.
How do I get my access data to the SAFe® Community Platform?
  • Participants will receive their access data to the SAFe® Community Platform of Scaled Agile, Inc. based in Boulder (USA) and to the online examination by email.
When do I need to complete my online exam?
  • Participants can take the online certification exam within 30 days.
Is participation in the examination compulsory?
  • Participation is optional.
How do I get my certificate after a successful exam?
  • After passing the exam, the certificate is made available for download in the participant's personal user profile.
