Manuel Marsch holds a degree in business informatics (BA) and has already worked in various functions from developer, system administrator to test and project manager in various companies from different industries and in different sizes.
Since 2009, he has dedicated himself to agility and has carried out many agile projects in different environments as a Scrum Master or Product Owner. He now works as an agile coach, SAFe consultant and trainer, but has always retained his enthusiasm for technology and programming and is always a friend of small, functioning solutions, even in corporations.
He has strong technical knowledge in software/hardware development and technical operations. Manuel has been a member of the Executive Board of KEGON AG since 1.1.2024.

Agile methods have long been established in the software world. But what about hardware development - in a world where high complexity, long development cycles, regulatory hurdles and diverse stakeholders are part of everyday life? The answer: with SAFe® for Hardware, agile working can also be successfully used for the development of physical and cyber-physical products.
Which SAFe training is right for architects in the Scaled Agile Framework®? The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) defines three explicit architect roles at the different SAFe levels.
Looking at the Scaled Agile Framework Big Picture, the three architect roles (System Architect, Solution Architect and Enterprise Architect) stand out alongside familiar agile roles such as Scrum Master (as well as Release/Solution Train Engineers) and Product Owners (as well as Product/Solution Managers). Thus SAFe® is also the only agile framework that explicitly names architect roles as responsibilities, almost all other agile frameworks transfer architecture tasks to agile teams.
