The SAFe® DevOps (SDP) training is aimed at all members and stakeholders of an Agile Release Train who have an influence on the value stream. It is therefore a typical in-house training with representatives of all teams in an ART.
In order to deliver valuable solutions faster, not only engineers have to develop software. It's about introducing a common DevOps mentality among all people who define, create, test, deploy and release software-driven products.
SAFe® DevOps training helps employees in technical and non-technical areas as well as in management positions, optimize their development value stream from start to finish. Participate in this training with your entire cross functional team to map your current value stream from concept to the end result and design a continuous delivery pipeline tailored to your organization and market.
The goal is to better align people, processes and technologies across the organization to be able to deliver faster.
Note: The SAFe DevOps training focuses on the organizational aspects of DevOps. The technical implementation should be accompanied by coaching.
