The seminar conveys the essential aspects of the agile approach. We deal with the underlying motivation, the agile values and principles, as well as the methods derived from them. During the one-day course the participants will gain an overview of the wide range of agility topics and will be able to better understand and evaluate the techniques presented for their own everyday practice.
