The Professional Scrum Product Owner course aims to develop and consolidate this understanding. Starting with Stakeholder Management, up to Release Planning in Scrum as well as Release and Delivery. After this Scrum course the participants will be able to implement the topics covered in the course in their daily work. All modules are supplemented by practical exercises. You will learn through practical exercises how to see the role of the Scrum Product Owner in the Scrum environment together with his rights and duties. This includes creating a product vision, evaluating and prioritizing key requirements, organizing and maintaining product backlogs, and refining requirements in dealing with user stories. You will learn how to shape the typical Scrum quality mechanisms such as Definition of Done and Definition of Ready as Scrum Product Owner. You will also learn how to deal with realistic release plans and how to fulfill the role of the Scrum Product Owner in large Scrum projects with several teams.
