Setting and tracking goals is an important part of ensuring that an organisation stays on track and meets the challenges of the future. OKRs are a framework that enables organisations to set clear goals and measure progress towards them. By having everyone in the organisation working towards the same goals, collaboration and employee engagement is strengthened. In this sense, Objective & Key Results (OKR) can help meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
The OKR Training Series
Our OKR trainings are divided into three consecutive levels. The first training "Introduction" teaches the basics of OKRs and is intended for interested parties and decision-makers who want to gain an insight into the topic of OKR. The second training, "Practitioner", is designed for employees and managers who already work with OKRs and want to deepen their skills. The third training "Professional" is aimed at Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and SAFe Program Consultants (SPCs) who want to implement and support OKRs in their organisation.
Our trainings are designed to provide participants with the necessary skills to successfully implement OKRs in their organisation. Each training includes a mix of theory and practice to ensure that participants can put the knowledge they have learned directly into practice. Upon completion of the training, participants receive a certificate attesting to their skills and knowledge in OKRs.
