KEGON is part of SAI's new AI Native initiative as a Charter Launch Partner

We are delighted to be part of Scaled Agile, Inc. (SAI)'s new AI Native initiative. As a Charter Launch Partner, we have the opportunity to actively shape the development of these groundbreaking programmes and bring them to Europe together with our colleagues at KEGON Schweiz GmbH and KEGON POLSKA.

With the new AI Native Foundations and AI Native Change Agent courses, which will start in October 2025, SAI is providing training that promotes the responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence in agile organisations. The aim is to support companies in integrating AI into their working methods in a meaningful way, thereby enabling sustainable change.

A special highlight: our colleagues Florian Beck, Niko Kaintantzis and Konrad Swistelnicki are already in Frankfurt for the first AI Native Foundations training course in Europe. They are gaining valuable initial experience and will contribute this knowledge to the KEGON community in the future.

In the coming weeks, we will share further insights into our role and our experiences. At the latest on 18 September at the SAFe Leadership Forum in Zurich, where participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the AI-native initiative and our work from keynote speaker Arun Saraswat.

We are convinced that combining agility and artificial intelligence opens up new possibilities for the future of work. Together with our international partner community, we want to play an active role in shaping this future.
