  • Brief profile

Csaba Eisenbacher (born 1983) studied computer science in Budapest and co-founded an IT start-up in 2003, where he was responsible for customer acquisition and general project management. A few years later, he moved to Europe's largest ICT outsourcing provider, where he gained 15 years of professional and leadership experience in managing corporate cyber security and delivering large-scale IT solutions.
During his professional journey, Csaba discovered the benefits of Lean-Agile thinking and began modelling the mindset and implementing practices in a largely non-agile environment. After his efforts proved successful, he first supported the lean-agile transformation of a smaller unit and was then selected as one of the founders of the Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) of a global ICT company.
Since December 2020 Csaba Eisenbacher is a certified SAFe Practice Consultant and since 2022 an independent management consultant and co-founder/CEO of KEGON Hungary. He has conducted 90+ trainings with over 1800 participants. In addition, he actively supported approx. 15 ART implementations as SPC, conducted several value stream analyses and ART readiness workshops and moderated several PI planning sessions. Csaba also supports his clients in SCRUM and Kanban topics and offers SM and PO mentoring.
