    Johannes Kling has been focusing on agile approaches since 2014, following a career as a project manager and business analyst at an engineering service provider in the insurance and medical technology sectors. His roles in agile teams have included Product Owner, Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer.

    Since 2016, Johannes Kling has been a trained agile coach and organizational consultant with the certification “SAFe® Practice Consultant” and accompanies organizations in lean-agile transformations.

    He also shares his extensive practical experience with lean-agile approaches at team level and in scaled agility as a trainer and has conducted more than 70 training courses.
