    Matthias is an Advanced SAFe® Practice Consultant (A-SPC), Lean-Agile Coach and Trainer. Since 2011, he has been supporting his clients in introducing agile and lean at all levels of a company. His focus is on scaling Lean-Agile in larger organizations, from solution delivery to Lean Portfolio Management.
