    Marc Bauer began his career with an apprenticeship as a communications electronics technician and further training as a state-certified technician with a focus on medical technology. This technical basis still shapes his way of working today: fact-oriented, analytical and with joy in measuring in order to better understand systems and improve them in a targeted manner.

    He gained his professional experience over many years in well-known management and strategy consultancies, where he accompanied clients from various industries on complex transformation projects.

    Today, his focus is on agile organizational development. As a certified trainer (Scrum.org, Kanban University, Scaled Agile, ICAgile), he passes on his knowledge in training courses and workshops and supports companies as an experienced management consultant in the introduction, scaling and further development of agile structures.

    He develops a particular passion in the context of Kanban systems and flow metrics: He uses key figures and metrics to create transparency, make bottlenecks visible and sustainably increase the performance of organizations. In doing so, he combines deep methodological knowledge with a systemic view of organizations and their culture.
