    Kurt Jäger, a physicist by background, began his professional career in software development. He took on various roles at Software AG, including Head of Department for a core product. He was then responsible for software development at TONBELLER, introduced Scrum and managed the development of banking software. As a business unit manager and agile coach, he helped customers of andrena objects to become agile. Since 2013, he has been an agile management consultant and partner at KEGON AG. He is a certified Scrum Master, SAFe® Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT), and Certified Profit Streams™ Trainer (CPS-T).
